SDAHO Recognizes Ruth Hernandez of Webster as a Hometown Healthcare Hero

To help member facilities with workforce needs, SDAHO has launched the Hometown Healthcare Heroes campaign. The campaign is designed to recognize and celebrate member facilities, the people that work there and the communities they live in. Each month SDAHO will highlight a member facility and the job opportunities at that facility. In addition, community members share insight on the business environment, housing options, details about the school system, and some of the amenities within the town and surrounding area.

Ruth Hernandez, DNP, APRN, CNP has lived and worked in the Webster Community for many years. She is quick to applaud the connections between the healthcare community and those who call Webster home. “I cannot express how great the quality of care is given here at our facility as well as how nice of a community is to be a part of here.” Dr. Hernandez shared her thoughts for the latest Hometown Healthcare Heroes spotlight video, which focuses on her job within the hospital in addition to her appreciation for her neighbors and friends.
