The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) hosted an all-district meeting for member CEOs and administrators on Tuesday, February 22. Due to challenging travel conditions, members joined in-person and virtually to hear from Tony Venhuizen on the process of legislative redistricting. Venhuizen is a political advisor and served as the chief of staff for Governor Noem.
Tim Rave, SDAHO CEO, provided an update on the state’s healthcare-related bills and gave an overview on the state’s legislative session.
A legislative social was held that evening, where members and lawmakers were invited to a networking event.
