Join Sepsis Alliance for the fourth annual Pediatric Sepsis Week, April 17 – 23.
In the U.S., more than 75,000 children develop severe sepsis each year, an average of about 200 per day. This number is increasing by 8% every year. Almost 7,000 of these children die – this is more than those who die of pediatric cancers.
The Sepsis Alliance is hosting a live webinar After the Hospital: Longer-Term Impacts of Pediatric Sepsis on April 20 at 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm CST, for more information or to register, click here.
