Meet Team SDAHO: Kelsey Grady, Business Development Manager, SDAHO Enterprises

​The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) has served members since 1926, as a not-for-profit organization spanning various types of institutional ownership, geography locations, size, and complexities of service. In 2016, SDAHO Enterprises was created, which is the for-profit arm of the association with their main mission to bring value to the members by providing relevant and timely solutions, through endorsed business partners.

Kelsey Grady is the Business Development Manager for SDAHO Enterprises. Her responsibilities include managing endorsed business partner relationships in addition to finding new business partners to fit the needs of SDAHO’s member facilities. In addition, Kelsey oversees the sponsorship program and the member portal for SDAHO.

Kelsey was born and raised in Sioux Falls, attending Lincoln High school and then the University of South Dakota. In 2020, she earned her bachelor’s degree from the USD Beacom School of Business in Business Administration in Health Services Administration. In 2021, she received her master’s degree in Business Administration in Health Services Administration.

When not serving SDAHO members and connecting them with SDAHO Enterprises Endorsed Business partners, Kelsey and her husband enjoy working on their recently purchased home. They also enjoy spending time outside with their dog Wilson.
