When we look at the composition of our team, not only are they competent and provide compassionate care to their patients but they are engaged in what they do.” John Ayoub, CEO, Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics Each year MRHC provides a national employee engagement survey to the staff and the past two years, the system has ranked in the 95th and 96th percentile for employee satisfaction.

MRHC’s leadership and Board of Directors is dedicated to reinvesting into the staff, through education, training, updated equipment and technology,  with the latest improvement, a new work space.  “It’s a nearly $50-million-dollar expansion and renovation that will allow our staff to work more efficiently, working smarter and not harder. It will also allow us to expand and provide services to the community that would not ordinarily be available.” John Ayoub, CEO, Mobridge Regional Hospital and Clinics
