CAPC Offers New Open-to-All Clinical Training Course

​The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) announced its new clinical training course, Introduction to Palliative Care for Health Professionals. This course is open to all and is for health professionals from all specialties and disciplines as well as clinicians in training. The course offers a 3600 view of the palliative care field- what it is, who delivers it, and who benefits from it.
  • Watch before-and-after patient videos demonstrating the impact of palliative care.
  • Engage with interactive screens.
  • Come away with an understanding of how to relieve unnecessary suffering and improve quality of life through basic palliative care principles and practices.

This course is an excellent way to enhance your primary palliative care skills. CAPC members will earn free CE/CMEs once you log into your account. Free ABIM Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credits are also available for physicians. Non-Members and clinicians-in-training earn a verification of attendance certificate.
