This unique health care facility sits in a town with a population of just over 7,000 people, the services it offers is more like those from a bigger health care facility. Monument Health Sturgis Hospital is a critical access hospital offering the following services:

  • 24-hour emergency services
  • Inpatient / outpatient care
  • Hospice

In addition, the hospital is co-located with Monument Health Sturgis Care Center, an 84-bed skilled nursing environment. Monument Health also provides the community with a primary care clinic in Sturgis with a primary care clinic and urgent care services that are open 7 days a week.
