The groundbreaking ceremony for the new Workforce and Education Center, located in Pierre, will take place on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 11 a.m. CT at the SD Public Health Laboratory. This marks the commencement of a project aimed to revolutionize public health education and workforce development in South Dakota and across the country.
