Dementia Care in South Dakota

South Dakota Healthy Brain Coalition in conjunction with the South Dakota Department of Health is working to collect data about current perceived needs in dementia care among healthcare providers in the state. Dr. Lucas Hamilton from Augustana University and Dr. Dan Rath from the University of South Dakota are looking for healthcare providers (MD, DO, NP, PA) to take a 5-10 minute survey to better understand current practices and beliefs about Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias among South Dakota Clinicians. The survey collects data similarly to the National Dementia Workforce Study. Responses are anonymous and only seen by members of the research team.

Providers can access the survey here.

Questions can be directed to Dr. Hamilton at lucas.hamilton@augie.edu
