The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) will host its 25th long-term care event this year, known as the Post-Acute Partners of Care Conference. This year’s event takes place at the Sioux Falls Convention Center April 8-9, 2025, and the theme this year is Embracing the seasons of change.
I am excited to be part of my first Post-Acute Care Conference since transitioning from my role as an administrator to Vice President of Post-Acute Care at SDAHO. As you may have noticed, we have introduced several changes for this year’s conference. We’ll be honoring the recipients of our inaugural Post-Acute Awards recognizing outstanding work in our field. Additionally, we are having our second annual Facility Art Contest and participation has grown considerably. Its wonderful to see so many activity directors, staff, and residents taking part in this event to showcase their creativity and talent from facilities across our state.
We also have an incredible lineup of speakers and sessions, with experts from right here in South Dakota and across the nation. The registration deadline is approaching, so I encourage everyone to register before that April 1 date.
We are looking forward to a connecting with you for a great opportunity to engage in education, networking and collaboration with your peers. Our Exhibitor Social and vendor show will also provide a great chance to connect with both your peers and industry partners.
