Patient Experience Week is an annual event, taking place this year, April 28-May 2, 2025. It is held to celebrate those who have made a positive impact on the patient’s experience. This week is a great time to enhance patient and colleague relations, increase morale and improve communication. Various ways to celebrate Patient Experience Week might include lunch and learns, recognition events, brainstorming sessions for new ideas to enhance the patient experience, or just by bringing awareness to the importance of a positive patient experience. There is no one way to celebrate!
During the MBQIP Workshop, participants will learn more about Enhancing the Patient Experience from Audra Janke of Well365. Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:
- Define and apply core empathy skills
- Implement actionable strategies for emotional connection
