South Dakota community clinicians survey needs your input

The South Dakota Healthy Brain Coalition is working to collect data about current perceived needs in dementia care among healthcare providers in the state. This short 5-10 minute survey will ask about your role and credentials in the medical field, current practices, and ideals you have for dementia care. The study aim is to assess providers comfort, capacity and perceived barriers to caring for people with dementia.

Your responses will be anonymous and only seen by the approved project leaders and experts in gerontology, Dr. Lucas Hamilton at Augustana University and Dr. Dan Rath at the University of South Dakota.

Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Able to read English
  • Working in healthcare
  • Intended for physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
