The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) Rural Health Initiatives department is excited to host a Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project (MBQIP) Workshop.
- Date: Wednesday March 25, 2026
- Time: 8:00am – 4:00pm CT.
- Where: Hilton Garden Inn South, Sioux Falls, SD
This year’s workshop is titled “Supporting You, Strengthening Outcomes,” is sponsored and supported by the South Dakota Office of Rural Health. Through Flex grant funding, South Dakota critical access hospitals can be reimbursed for one (1) employee’s registration fee, one (1) night’s hotel stay and mileage (round trip) for this educational event.
This one-day event will offer quality professionals the opportunity to learn about a community-based approach to addressing food insecurity, strategies for surveyor preparedness, and the influence of generational perspectives in the workplace. The agenda will also include a facilitated roundtable discussion, networking with fellow quality professionals, and opportunities to meet the new SD Flex Coordinator and members of the SDAHO Rural Health Initiatives team.
Registration and the hotel room block will be released soon. Please watch your email for additional details; you will not want to miss this opportunity.
This project is supported by the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of an award totaling $775,690 with 0% percentage financed with non-governmental sources.
