The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO) is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Post-Acute Partners in Care Award Celebration, to be held during the Post-Acute Partners in Care Conference on March 31–April 1, 2026, at the Sioux Falls Convention Center.
Building on the success of last year’s inaugural award celebration, SDAHO will once again recognize four outstanding individuals and one exceptional facility for their leadership, compassion, and commitment to excellence across the post-acute care continuum.

- Clinical Excellence Award
- Frontline Caregiver Award
- Leadership Excellence Award
- Facility of the Year (receives $1000)
- Lifetime Achievement Award
