SDAHO’s RHTP resources: a starting point for tools, updates, and resources in one place

Reminder of Member-Exclusive Resources:

The South Dakota Association of Healthcare Organizations (SDAHO), continues to support members navigating the Rural Health Transformation Project (RHTP)—a multi-year effort to expand access to care, strengthen the health care workforce, and ensure sustainable, high-quality health care across South Dakota’s rural communities.

As a reminder, members have access to a dedicated hub for the latest updates, tools, and resources. The Rural Health Transformation Project (RHTP) webpage serves as a central location for both new information and previously shared materials, making it the best place to start, whether you’re just beginning or looking for the latest developments.

In addition to curated resources, SDAHO’s RHTP webpage connects members to practical guidance for navigating the application process. This includes access to recent member-exclusive webinars titled:

  • Key Considerations for Successful Rural Health Transformation Grant Submission. The session covers aligning projects with organizational strategy, building strong applications, understanding reviewer expectations, and managing grants post-award.
  • From Award to Impact – Mastering Post-Award Management in RHTPThis session is designed to equip RHTP award recipients with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage their grants after funding is secured.

Most recently the South Dakota Department of Health released the RHTP Funding Forecast, which is available on the SDAHO RHTP webpage.
