As I continue learning more about the needs of health care organizations across South Dakota, these conversations continue to highlight the importance of working together. Across the health care landscape, organizations are facing increasing pressures related to costs, workforce, operations, and access to resources. By identifying trusted partners, evaluating opportunities, and leveraging collective purchasing power, we can help create solutions that support efficiency and sustainability.
I have been exploring opportunities in a variety of areas where partnerships and shared services may help members reduce costs, streamline operations, and access resources that may otherwise be difficult to obtain independently. These conversations are ongoing, and member input will be an important part of understanding which opportunities would provide the greatest value.
