The Rules Review Committee, chaired by Rep. Jean Hunhoff (R-Yankton), will meet Sept. 17 at 10 a.m. (CT) in Room 414 of the State Capitol in Pierre.
The committee’s agenda will review the rules proposed by the Department of Game, Fish and Parks; Department of Health; Department of Labor and Regulation: Appraiser Certification Program; Department of Labor and Regulation: Division of Insurance; Department of Labor and Regulation: South Dakota Real Estate Commission; Department of Veterans Affairs; Office of the Secretary of State; and South Dakota Retirement System.

In addition to Rep. Hunhoff, committee members include Sen. Alan Solano (R-Rapid City), Vice Chair; Sen. Craig Kennedy (D-Yankton) and Sen. Lance Russell (R-Hot Springs); and Rep. Julie Bartling (D-Gregory) and Rep. Steven Haugaard (R-Sioux Falls).
