GROW South Dakota is a statewide non-profit organization that provides programs and loan products to advance housing, community, and economic development. Every three years, all Community Action Agencies complete a Community Needs Assessment to gather data on what people in their service area believe are the needs and priorities of the region. The agencies use that information to develop goals and objectives.
