LeadingAge, Visiting Nurse Associations of America and ElevatingHOME Enter Into an Agreement

LeadingAge has entered into an agreement with the intent to affiliate with the Visiting Nurse Associations of America and ElevatingHOME. Both organizations have shared visions, similar missions and a deep commitment to service. Together, they are committed to high quality, person-centered care for individuals in whatever setting they call home.

E​levatingHOME and its subsidiary, Visiting Nurse Associations of American (VNAA), are member-led organizations working to expand the definition of and conversation around home-based care, supporting providers of home health and hospice services. ​

Over the next several months, the three organizations will move forward in the process of achieving strategic and operational alignment. They will bring together VNAA’s clinical practice expertise, ElevatingHOME’s commitment to strengthen home-based care and LeadingAge’s tradition of serving the full continuum and the focus on shaping the future to meet the needs of an increasing number of older adults. 

Membership in LeadingAge includes access to resources in advocacy, in education, and in research. LeadingAge’s focused centers on aging services technology, workforce solutions and managed care, offer valuable information, tools, guidance and community for providers. LeadingAge and VNAA/EH share many interests and a keen focus in advocacy and legislative action.
