Advertise Healthcare Jobs at No Cost to Your Facility and Receive Listings of Healthcare Providers Seeking Employment. The South Dakota Office of Rural Health administers a program called 3RNet – Rural Recruitment & Retention Network.
3RNet is a nonprofit organization that helps connect healthcare facilities with healthcare providers across the nation. If your facility would like to take advantage of this free advertising, visit www.3rnet.org and click on the “For Employers” tab at the top of page. Your facility can also receive a monthly email with a list of healthcare providers who have expressed an interest in working in South Dakota. There are three emails sent each month: a list of physician candidates, a list of J-1 physician candidates, and a list of all other healthcare candidates which could include dentists, NP/PAs, nurses, pharmacists and social workers. If your facility would like to receive any or all of these emails, email Jill Dean with the Office of Rural Health at jill.dean@state.sd.us and request the list(s) of healthcare provider candidates that your facility would like to receive.
