SD FLEX Grant Provides CPHQ Prep Course

​A total of 29 quality professionals took part in virtual Certified Professional Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) Prep Course conducted by National Association of Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).  SDAHO is the recipient of a SD FLEX grant through the SD Office of Rural Health. Funding from the award was used to conduct the 10 hour course over two weeks. Along with access to the live virtual class, participants received access to a 1 year NAHQ membership, comprehensive pre-test practice exams, and HQ Solutions Resource (ebook). The prep course is designed to prepare a quality professional to sit for the CPHQ exam. The certification is the industry standard for healthcare quality profession and today more than 13,000 professionals around the globe have earned the CPHQ.
