May 17thGOVERNANCE FOR THE PEOPLE WHO SUPPORT THE BOARD – PART 3

Overview:  This is final series in our Governance three-part series. You have been asked to report to the board! Does that statement spur your anxiety? It does for many. The CEO is the constant in working with the board. But they are not the only people for whom board engagement is critical.

Session 3 will provide a full list of ways to help the board to contribute to the success of the organization. From storytelling, to building relationships, the board can be a wonderful asset in creating a successful run organization. This series with take that fear out of connection and build relationship that promotes the entire organization to be stronger.
