Columbia University Hospice Research Project Survey

Hospice Foundation of America (HFA) is supporting the research led by medical student Catherine Lowenthal and her team at Columbia University to better understand the mental health needs of patients in hospice care and the mental health services hospices can provide.

Researchers are interested in hearing from anyone working within an interdisciplinary team model who is familiar with the mental health challenges faced by our patient population, whether you are an attending physician, nurse, social worker, nursing assistant, chaplain, or volunteer with direct patient contact.

The study survey is confidential and will take no more than 10 minutes to complete. The results will be anonymous and reported in summary form only.
