Overview:

How often do we hear “positive” and “accountability” used together to describe a business culture? Too often, accountability is only mentioned when it’s lacking or absent, and “positive business culture” is only used to describe the happiness level of a workforce. The truth of today’s business environment is that change is rapid, and our speed of response depends on the proactive accountability of our people. This session provides tangible tools and methods to help leaders establish expectations and build positive, principled accountability into the business culture using human behavior principles from change management theory.
