Time to Update Your Palliative Care Program’s Information

The Center to Advance Palliative Care (CAPC) national Palliative Care Provider Directory on GetPalliativeCare.org provides a quick and easy way for patients, families, and referring clinicians to locate and contact palliative care programs in their area.

Specialty palliative care programs in both hospital and community settings can be listed in the Provider Directory. Listing your program is free and open to all programs in the U.S. You do not have to be a CAPC member to list your program.

Your program may already be listed on the Provider Directory due to past participation in the Palliative Care Quality Collaborative (PCQC) Registry. If it is, and you haven’t yet claimed it, to ensure your program remains in the Directory after this year, you must claim your listing on CAPC’s website. In early 2025, all unclaimed listings will be removed from the Directory in order to ensure the Directory is up to date.

To claim your listing, visit capc.org/provider-directory, click “List Your Program”, and follow the instructions. Once claimed, you can make any needed adjustments or updates to your listing.
