New regulations regarding the disclosure of health records, issued by the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office for Civil Rights (OCR), will take effect on December 23, 2024. To help healthcare facilities prepare, SDAHO will host a virtual session on Thursday, December 19, to review the Final Rule and explain its implications.
