The American Hospital Association (AHA) released a new patient safety report in collaboration with data partner Press Ganey, “Improvement in Safety Culture Linked to Better Patient and Staff Outcomes.”
In the report are new resources to the Patient Safety Initiative (PSI) webpage, including an ongoing project highlighting innovative patient safety and staff wellbeing efforts at hospitals and health systems around the country. During this month’s Patient Safety Awareness Week AHA highlighted patient safety reports, including radio and other media interviews promoting them as well as the Safety Speaks podcast series, member stories, and other communications.
