The SDAHO DSA Awards are a great way to honor the many health care professionals who go above and beyond caring for their patients and community.
There are nine categories for the awards:

- Young Professional Award
- Post-Acute Care Champion Award
- Quality Champion Award
Affiliate Society Awards
Affiliate Society groups looking to submit award recipient information, are asked to do so by July 1, 2025. Click here to access the 2025 Affiliate Awards Submission Form.
Honorees for both this year’s DSA Awards and Affiliate Group Society Awards will be recognized at the 2025 Annual Convention Award Luncheon, held on Thursday September 25th. Only recipients who are present at the event will be recognized.
