SDAHO is sharing two upcoming FREE Hospital-Based First Receiver Decontamination Trainings and encourages members to register and share these opportunities with staff who may benefit.
These hands-on, full-day training courses will help healthcare staff build practical skills in recognizing HazMat/CBRNE hazards, safely using PPE, managing patient decontamination and flow, and applying First Receiver principles.
Two training opportunities are available:
Mobridge – Tuesday, October 27 | 9 a.m.–5 p.m. CT
Mobridge Regional Hospital – Ambulance Bay

There is no cost to attend, and travel reimbursement is available through the South Dakota Healthcare Preparedness Coalition for up to two participants per facility.
A minimum of 25 participants is required for each training to move forward, so members are encouraged to register soon and share the opportunity with colleagues and partners who may benefit.
