Overview: Hear from South Dakota’s Secretary of Health, Kim Malsam-Rysdon, and Deputy Secretary, Lynne Valenti, as the South Dakota Department of Health sets to implement medical marijuana. The state department of health will determine how medical marijuana will be legalized and will oversee issuing medical marijuana registration cards. Sec. Malsam-Rysdon and Deputy Sec. Valenti will provide an update on the progress of this work.
