March 7 – April 18 (weekly on Thursdays)

This miniseries, hosted by the Alzheimer’s Association and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, will support and enhance the ability of providers across the continuum of care to understand the unique needs of persons living with various facets of cognitive impairment. This 7-session weekly miniseries focuses on implementation of evidence-based dementia care, specifically in serious illness and at the end of life.
