Event Details

Overview:

Keeping up with the pace of change is exhausting and takes a toll whether we are initiating change in our organizations or responding to change imposed on us.  Leaders and staff may experience specific types of loss as they work through organizational change which impacts their ability to successfully perform.  The difference between change and transition helps us understand why change fatigue is prevalent in the work place.  As we understand the challenges associated with change, it becomes easier to navigate change.

This is a 2-part series so plan to attend on June 1 for “How I Can Win the Uphill Battle of Change”.

Objectives:
  • Describe the difference between change (external event) and the passage through change (internal experience).
  • Identify the types of loss that may occur during organizational change.
  • Discuss the impact of change fatigue.
