The Trump administration has selected Dr. Brian Shiozawa, a Republican state senator from Utah, to serve as the regional director for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services office in Denver, Region 8.
Region 8 includes South Dakota, North Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Utah and Colorado.
