The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) is seeking public comments on draft quality measures developed to supplement the existing Hospice Quality Reporting Program (HQRP). The comment period for the draft measures “Transitions from Hospice Care, Followed by Death or Acute Care” closes on April 25.
