The Office of Medicare Hearings and Appeals will expand its current Settlement Conference Facilitation Program to provide certain providers an opportunity to resolve eligible pending appeals.
The agency will host a special conference call on May 22 at 12:30 p.m. CDT to share the logistics of the process and program eligibility criteria. Questions can be submitted via email in advance to OMHA.SCF@hhs.gov; include “SCF May 22 Call” in the subject line.
