The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will host a national provider call Sept. 12 from 3-4 p.m. (CST) to review the two disparity methods used in the hospital specific reports assessing hospital performance for patients with social risk factors in the Hospital 30-day, All-Cause, Risk-Standardized Readmission Rate Following Pneumonia Hospitalization (NQF #0506) measure.
Registration is required. Meeting materials will be posted online in advance of the call.
As a reminder, the confidential reports are available for preview through Sept. 24. Ā Reports will be available for eligible hospitals to download on the QualityNet Secure Portal through the duration of the confidential reporting period.
