CDC presents recommendations on pediatric influenza

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) held a webinar Sept. 27 that included subject matter experts from the American Academy of Pediatrics and CDC. Presenters discussed strategies to improve flu prevention and control in children and shared recommendations about influenza vaccination and antiviral treatment, including updated recommendations for the use of intranasal live attenuated influenza vaccine (LAIV4) in children.
