Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Provider Threshold Report (PTR) and both the Inpatient Rehabilitation Facilities (IRF) and Long-term Care Hospitals (LTCH) provider preview reports have been updated and are now available.
The SNF PTR is a user-requested, on demand report, which enables users to obtain the status of their data submission completeness related to the compliance threshold required for the SNF Quality Reporting Program (QRP). This report is available in the ‘SNF Quality Reporting Program’ category in the CASPER Reporting application. For more information access the QIES Technical Support Office (QTSO)
IRF and LTCH provider preview reports are based on quality data submitted between Q3 2017 and Q2 2018. Both IRF and LTCH providers have until April 3rd 2019 to review their performance. In June 2019, both the IRF and quaLTCH Compare Websites will be refreshed will the new performance data.
