CMS Open Door Forum: Developing a Hospice Tool – Status Update

The purpose of a hospice assessment tool is to develop a tool that enables CMS and hospices to understand the care needs of people through the dying process and to ensure the safety and comfort of individuals enrolled in hospice institutions nationwide. The Special Open Door Forum will provide a status update and welcomes your questions.
