CMS Open Door Forum: Developing a Hospice Tool – Status Update

Join the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Conference Call on Wednesday, June 12th at 1pm CST for a special Open Door Forum to allow hospices and other interested parties to ask questions on the development of a Hospice Assessment Tool.

The purpose of a hospice assessment tool is to develop a tool that enables CMS and hospices to understand the care needs of people through the dying process and to ensure the safety and comfort of individuals enrolled in hospice institutions nationwide. The Special Open Door Forum will provide a status update and welcomes your questions.
