Participation in Virtual Focus Group for Hospice Providers

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has contracted with Abt Associates, Inc. to recruit experienced hospice providers and clinical staff to participate in virtual focus groups to provide input on the hospice patient assessment instrument. The focus groups will be conducted via webinar using the WebEx platform.

All interested participants with experience with the Hospice Quality Reporting Program or collecting patient level data will be considered based on their hospice role, knowledge, and experience with the Hospice Quality Reporting Program or completing patient assessments. Selection will take into account hospice type and location to ensure a nationally balanced representation of diverse hospices.
