The Celerian Group Company (CGS) has free educational forums to keep you informed and prepared for Medicare changes. One notable event is the Don’t Be Rejected! MBI ACT on December 4th at 12pm CST.
As we near the end of the New Medicare Card Transition (December 31, 2019), CMS is warning providers if they don’t submit their Medicare claims with the MBI (Medicare Beneficiary Identifier), those claims will be rejected starting January 1, 2020 with limited exceptions.
