LeadingAge Learning Hub: Crisis Communications: Messaging Negative Publicity

On Wednesday, Feb. 26, LeadingAge will be presenting a webinar detailing a strategic approach to communications that allows organizations to establish and maintain control of their message while mounting a defense against negative publicity. Knowing how to communicate quickly and effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders in a crisis is a necessary skill for aging services providers and their teams.

In this webinar, participants will learn how reputational trials can influence public perceptions of an organization and tarnish its reputation and how to establish and maintain control of the organization’s message while mounting a defense against potential negative publicity.

This webinar is available to both members and non-member for LeadingAge. The fee for members is $99. Click here for more information.
