The ​South Dakota Office of Rural Health is dedicated to bringing attention to outstanding contributions of those who are working to improve health in rural South Dakota through leadership development, advocacy, education and collaborative partnerships. The South Dakota Office of Rural Health would like your help to find this year’s outstanding Community Stars in connection to the Power of Rural movement and National Rural Health Day 2020, which is November 19th.
