Hospice National Data Set Survey

The National Data Set (NDS) represents a comprehensive compilation of often hard to find and timely data points on hospice clinical and operations data. All participants who take the survey will receive the NDS Report of the compiled data at no cost.  For more information and to access the survey, visit https://www.nhpco.org/nds/.
