Looking to the future of the aging services field, LeadingAge launched the Summer Enrichment Program, designed to ensure that students can advance toward leadership positions in services such as nursing home care, home health, hospice, assisted living and other senior housing programs. The Summer Enrichment Program is a 10-week immersive internship hosted by a LeadingAge member organization in 2021. LeadingAge is recruiting a diverse pool of undergraduate and graduate students for a unique opportunity to obtain real world experience in aging services.
