Importance of Rewarding and Recognizing Employees

Recognizing and rewarding employees has a positive impact on engagement, productivity, retention, culture and satisfaction. If those reasons aren’t enough to convince you of the importance of this topic then consider this additional benefit, you don’t need a stash of cash to be successful. Recognizing and rewarding employees is meaningful when done creatively, timely and sincerely.
On March 15, SDAHO will host Mary Sand, PhD and President/Owner of Sand Consulting, where she will identify opportunities that surround leaders everyday to recognize and reward employees. She will share examples of no-cost and low-cost creative ways to recognize and reward employees. She will also help attendees understand the impact leaders make when providing reward and recognition.
