Super Bowl Champs, Kansas City Chiefs KC Wolf Headlines SDAHO’s Post-Acute Partners in Care Conference!

Dan Meers

In 2013, Dan Meers aka KC Wolf (mascot for Kansas City Chiefs), plummeted 75 feet before crashing into the Arrowhead Stadium seats, miraculously surviving the event. Dan will share his powerful message on the important lessons on life and leadership that he learned during his recovery, and throughout his 30+ years of being a mascot with the Kansas City Chiefs as the closing keynote at SDAHO’s 2023 Post-Acute Partners in Care Conference.

Join colleagues from across the state at the upcoming SDAHO Post-Acute Partners in Care Conference, April 12-13 at the Sioux Falls Convention Center. Participants can expect presenters that will engage the audience, challenge the status quo, and provide hands-on demonstrations within the sessions. Hot topics include Innovative Nursing Home Models, Naloxone Use in Long-Term Care, SD Strategies to Attract the Next Generation of Workforce, Issues Around Traveling Staff, Healthcare Debriefings, and Challenging Behavior Placement to name a few.

This event is designed to create the opportunity for networking and education for all post-acute care professionals in nursing homes, assisted living, home health, and hospice. Networking with colleagues will be a priority, along with prizes and fun at our exhibitor social on Wednesday, April 12.
