Donna Wright, MS, RN, NPD-BC with Creative Healthcare Management in Minneapolis, MN. Donna is a familiar presenter and friend to SDAHO, providing engaging webinars year round in addition to several appearances at last years Annual Conference. Donna will deliver this year’s opening keynote speech titled “Don’t Be a Half-Way Leader”.  With degrees in Nursing, Family Sociology, and Adult Education Donna has taken her experience and worked with many health care organizations around the world. She works to help them create meaningful, effective programs that support professional development and competency assessment for all departments. This is one session you won’t want to miss!

Familiar with the Kansas City Chiefs, Superbowl champions? More than likely, yes you are! This year’s closing keynote speaker is the one and only, Dan Meers, also known as KC Wolf, Mascot for the Kansas City Chiefs. Dan has been KC Wolf for more than 25 years, his work and experience as a professional sports mascot have reinforced to him the philosophy that laughter and a cheerful heart are good medicine. Dan will share how he came inches of losing his life in 2013 when he was in a horrific accident while practicing a bungee jump and zip line stunt at Arrowhead Stadium. Whether you’re a Kansas City Chiefs fan or not, you’ll enjoy Dan Meers as he shares his unique wit and wisdom.
