ANA Infection Prevention and Control Fundamentals Project ECHO Series

​Through collaboration with the Project Firstline – Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and Project ECHO, the American Nurses Association (ANA) is proud to offer another FREE series with new interactive, virtual, scenario-based learning sessions developed specifically for nurses – all about best practices in infection prevention and control (IPC).

ANA IPC Fundamentals ECHO will serve as a forum for nurses to increase their knowledge, skills, and self-efficacy around IPC practices through the lens of infectious disease, helping to grow IPC knowledge networks and expand our capacity to reach valuable frontline healthcare workers.

As infectious disease continues to evolve, ANA IPC Fundamentals ECHO has developed new content for our Summer, 2023 series. Whether you are a healthcare worker who participated in previous series or are new to Project Firstline, register and join in growing your IPC knowledge and practice.

Sessions are are every Thursday in June at 3pm CST/2 PM MST. Attendance to all sessions is NOT required. There is no cost for participate in this educational opportunity. Free CNE credits are available to participants.

  • Actions to Decrease Antimicrobial Resistance
  • What you Need to Know About Candida Auris
  • Understanding Re-Emerging Pathogens
  • Standard Precautions for the Prevention and Control of Infections
